The Factory's location in Perianahalli on the salem- Bangalore national highway is strategic in the sense that it is in the midst of thousands of acres of mango Gardens. In this factory 250 Employees are working. The most sought after pulping variety of Thothapuri Mangoes are available in Plenty here itself and the cost of transportation is kept to the barest minimum. other tropical fruits like Guava, Papaya and Tomatoes are also grown here, which are all pulped in t6he factory during the respective seasons for export.
THE PLANT The automatic Aseptic Packing Unit of the plant has capacity to produce and fill in its Star ASEPT system 4000 Kgs. of Mango Pulp per hour with a two shift operation. The unit produces 60 Tonnes of pulp a day. this apart, the unit also produces 20 Tonnes of Mango Pulp for being Packed in the conventional OTS Metal Cans.
In all, the unit can produce 80 Tonnes of Mango Pulp per day and during the season. The production can be as height as 8000 Tonnes in 100 days.
Apart from the Star ASEPT packing, the unit is installed with the most
modern tubular sterilizing system supplied by M/s. Alfa Laval ( Sweden )and
total unit is erected on turnkey basis. Further, the entire supporting
system also has modern conveyors and other processing equipments to match
the filling system. In fact, the factory is the only one of its kind in the
state of Tamil nadu. |
